MARAGALL 2506

Set within an apartment dating from the 1980s, Maragall 2506 is a selective renovation focused on the home’s most technically demanding areas. The kitchen and both bathrooms were fully renovated, including new installations, finishes, fixtures, sanitaryware and fittings, while the remaining spaces were refreshed to bring greater coherence and a renewed character to the apartment.

Working from a design developed by L2L, māchina was responsible for bringing the project into built form. Our scope covered cost planning and budgeting, contractor procurement and coordination, construction execution and on-site supervision through to completion. This comprehensive role ensured a controlled delivery process and a faithful translation of the original design into the finished home.
